Registration
Registration for the SLG Open has two parts: the venue fee and the event fee. There are three different stages for registration:
- Early Registration, which ends on on 11/01/26 at 11:59pm EST, costs $10.
- Standard Registration, which ends on 12/01/26 at 11:59pm EST, costs $20.
- Late Registration, which ends on 12/26/26 at 11:59pm EST, costs $30.
On top of that, different events have different event costs.
- Smash Ultimate (Singles): $10 per player
- Smash Ultimate (Doubles): $10 per team
- Pokémon TCG (Standard): $10 per player
- Pokémon TCG (GLC): $5 per player
If you are not registered for by 12/26, you jeopardize your opportunity to participate in the tournament.
Refunds are available until the end of late registration. If you need to cancel your registration please reach out to Jacob Stillwell (Billwell) at: jacob.stillwell@slgopen.org
Proceeds
The venue fee collected for this event will be used to cover operating costs for this year’s event. Any surplus we have after operating costs are covered will be donated directly to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention.
Prize Pool
All money obtained through “event costs” will be used for the prize pool for both Smash and Pokémon. The total prize pool is dependent on attendance.
Check-In
At check-in, please have the QR code that was sent to your email ready to be scanned. After verifying your identity, you will be given your badge.
Please keep your badge on you throughout the day. Those who do not have a badge in the event will be escorted out of the venue.
Venue Information
SLG Open 5 will be hosted at the lovely Acca Shriners’ Ballroom. Provided is the floor plan which will have all of our vendors and play areas shown.
